Well, I hope you are much better now... would you mind if I ask a personal question, Missk? Good... Do you exercise at all. I mean a daily exercise diet, running, jogging, swimming, machines, etc... Just wondering...

Bob, It's gonna be part of this blog, like "My Tip Jar" and "Blog Roll" up top. I'm gonna post things that motivate me and I guess just talk about stuff that's relevant to my personal getting fit journey, past, present and future... And of course I'll expect some input from you sickos, wouldn't want it any other way ;D

And yes, I do exercise. Working on a "Fitness Page" at the moment, so I won't get into details as of yet :-)
