Hear! Hear! My brother-in-law and his family go on those cruises all the time. at least once a year. Not sure what the lure for these cruises are. It seems like a huge moving hotel... I simply don't get it...
no more for me. always making a unscheduled stop because someone 90 years old is sick and needs dropped off, surprised that when thousands of people are fed greasy and fatty food that the sewage processing breaks. any cruise ship that breaks down should be target practice for the Navy, after loading lifeboats.
That's not a ship; That's a yacht about 600 yards off shore, moving VERY slowly or riding the hook. From the size of her that's a ?? million dollar boat. Must be nice.----Ray
Ray, that's interesting :-) At least with a yacht, you're in the driver's seat, uh I mean at the helm. I Like :D
Then maybe the people on the yacht noticed that mountain, took the dingy to shore so they could climb to that point and get this epic shot of their yacht framed within' this breathtaking view of the horizon...
Totally something I would do "if" I could... But "if" I had that much money, I doubt very much I would buy a yacht. A Cobalt, well that's a different story ;-)
To James and Kork, my in laws have been on Cruises a few times. I think it's the "All inclusive" part they like.... but I'm with you guys... 4 walls in the middle of the sea under someone else's control... not for me :P

I too rather be climbing that mountain...
When I get to the top, I would strip down naked and give them a big show:)

RE being Billf:
"If your life sucks, you really only have two people to blame. Yourself, for not being me, and me, for beating you to it."
