I recommend Hunter S Thompson's "fear and Loathing In Las Vegas" as a start. HST was a wrighter and "counter Culture" Journalist in the 60s-70s-80s His nick name was "Gonzo". He did more drugs with more famous people-infamous people-and unknowns-and by himself than Mick Jagger, Steve Tyler, The Greatfull Dead, And the Models and staff of playboy. He seemed to know (and get high with) everybody. He was Caustic, Abrasive and very VERRY funny. He got tired of living one day and shot himself, They burnt his body-put the ash in a coffee can-stuffed his ass in a muzzle loading cannon and shot his remains over the Rocky Mountains he loved.
