ROFLOL...
MissK, I think he really meant "gas gauge go down."
but with a 65 GTO, I'm sure he had no problem with others going down...
lolol...

You think?
WB, get your ass out of the gutter...

That's not where mine was. You assume I don't know what it feels like to floor a 400HP plus beast and literally watch the gas gauge go down. That's why I was grinning, because all them Gs are fun!! ...and if you need a lesson there too, no I'm not talking about the G spot... sheesh.

Sorry, you hit a nerve... :P

Out here on the west coast we need to leave our cars running over night to get those carbon emmisions up.. Too cold here.. My kenne belled 1989 mustang is in for repairs, but I need that 425 H.P. to contribute to the "gorebull" warming

And it feels good to contribute don't it AHH!!!... ;-)

Ain't nothing like stomping the gas of a 500+ HP big block while getting on the freeway, and watching the mirror of the guy in front of you, them eyes get huge as he sees the old car that was way behind him, on his bumper in seconds..............:-D

other car I wish I still had was the Honda S600
When I was stationed in Tokyo back in 71, bought one , it was a screamen demon.high reving, corner on a dime ( had to in tokyo ) drove all over that island . It wasn't big but when tuned up ( had chains driving the rear axle, 4 carbs, converible ) it would flat move. was about the same size as a austen elly
one of the best times I ever had

Had a Cosworth modified Ford Lotus Cortina back in the day; little four banger with dual Weber carbs, 5 speed... loved it. Corner with enough g's to make your eyes cross.
I also once had a '57 big block Chevy with a three-deuce setup, a Hurst 4 speed and 4.11 rear end, and it would snap your head backwards in first and keep the tires burning out until you hit third... but driving it was bad, like the libs say - it made me want to rape and kill and destroy the earth and the sea creatures.
( Truthfully, I just couldn't keep gas in it or tires on it. Youthful stupidity.)
