In honor of Bacon Day, actually it was just a coincidence, but a really tasty one....
I had the yummiest thick cut bacon ever yesterday...
Mostly because I didn't have to cook it myself ;-)
I did scramble some eggs, and toasted up my home made sweet bread to eat with it.
