Socialism is the human equivalent of the perpetual motion machine. The machine loses its energy to friction until a state of equilibrium is achieved and nothing happens.
Try as they might over a century and 100 million people killed, humans cannot build an economic (much less physical) perpetual motion machine.
The definition of insanity is the same thing over and over again and achieving a different result.
Albert Einstein was more right than he could imagine when he said that.
