Here's The List.... I Mean "Photo Op"
Is it just me or is this list "mostly" full of hot air?
With words like... improve incentive, propose, review, clarify, publish a letter, launch a campaign, release a report, direct someone to issue a report, and the ever popular "may"... Seems to me this is mostly about "looking good" in the eyes of his followers.
Or are some of these things really cause for concern??
Please tell me what you think....

List of the 23 Executive Orders is as follows:
1. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system.
2. Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system.
3. Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system.

Alright "Boy" time to keep walking....
I have a video of my daughter when she was younger, that I wont show because she will kill me... ;-) Of her handing Lucky the leach, she was pretending to be a puppy too. It was so cute, he took the handle in his mouth and gently walked around the house checking behind every few seconds if she was still following him. The leach was pretty short yet he kept it loose at all times... Cesar would be proud LOL

The madness needs to stop. Anyone can wander into a supermarket or Walmart and buy these ink-spewing killing machines. Based on the President's recent proposal for gun control, it put forward these ideas:
1. A national database for all pen owners in these United States.
2. Full background checks for all pen purchasers.
3. Strict pen control; no one will be allowed to own pens with the unusual colors of purple, pink, or orange.
To put it frankly, a ballpoint writing utensil is nothing short of a deadly weapon.

The Coming Storm
About four years ago, on a muggy May afternoon, we had a booger of a storm headed our way down out of the New Mexico mountains. High humidity, unstable atmosphere, tornado heaven. The spousal unit was at work, the kids were in school, Charlie was cowering in the bathtub, and I grabbed my sweet tea and headed out to the deck. Turning my favorite chair to the west, I tipped back and rested my boots on the railing, ready for some serious storm watching.
