Saw a dead one by the side of the road yesterday, sad to say.Always keep an eye on the side of the road in deer country.Or Dear country.
I saw one hanging from a post last week. He is in my crock pot as chili today.
Made moose meat chili couple weeks ago, now that was good. And Amarican deer meat spaghetti last week... yummy ;-)
