Over the summer months, all 2 of them, there's a guy who has one of those, minus the bazooka of course. Well when he drives in front of the house on his red little speed mobile going like 25 miles an hour... he's hunched over the handle bars. I'm not sure if he's trying to save fuel by making his little set up more aerodynamic or he actually thinks it helps him go faster???
It's Hilarious!!! and he does it every time... the little speed devil ;-)
