Government bird says it is there to oversee "re-distribution" for those who have not gathered anything. But the actual effect is the government bird is getting fatter and making itself more powerful.
A .410 with a load of #8 would eliminate the government bird. A larger "bird" would need something with a bit more punch.
It is all in perception of any scenario and how long "the little guy" will tolerate being pushed around. John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, and Sam Colt were all great Americans.
