Happy Easter !!

Hope y'all are having a nice weekend :-)

Had to stop in for a post.

I'm not sure if the carrot is for me, or you guys.
Maybe a little of both ;-)

For now... Yes I'm ok.
And no, I'm not quitting the blog. Just on hold.

To simplify, I've hit a few bumps in the road, where the "expected" smooth transition of my blog from past to present is concerned. Starting over, or better yet, having the opportunity the follow the path you've always longed for, sometimes leaves you a bit disoriented. I'm on the right track, just meandering a little....

I don't mind, the view is beautiful, I just want more of it ;-)

All who wander are not lost. Concentrate on living your life first, and we'll be around if you get a chance to say Hi !!

So I looks at the carrot, and I cringes and squints a bit, wondering from which direction the stick is about to descend.

Jus' cuz people tell ya yer paranoid doesn't mean they're not all out to get ya!

But I lean forward to take a better look, knowing a stick might be there, but taking the chance anyway, cuz it isn't whether you're paranoid or not that matters most, it's what you do about it and how you let it affect your life.

The journey of discovery into ourselves goes on and on. It's life's greatest quest, I think. Those of us who are curious and concerned are always developing a better understanding of our motivations, methods, and madness. We achieve this through looking both inward and outward, pondering quietly alone sometimes but at others, projecting out our thoughts to see how they reflect in the eyes of others.

Too much of either is not good. Gotta not always take our own thoughts or those of others too seriously. Life is a dialog where thesis, antithesis, and synthesis are all just pieces of the road to discovery. Sometimes insight comes from just sitting quietly, watching the sunset, or the fire...zoning out. We do not always need to know the question in order for the answer to appear miraculously from the seeming void.

And there are times when we have to set the dialog aside and just function. Too much introspection can really get in the way of getting things done.

So trudge on, toil to learn and synthesize, but do not forget to just tune out sometimes!

Hope you had a Happy Easter, MissK!
