~ Taking a few minutes to check in ~
There's a few reasons why I've been MIA lately.
My daughter just got done her first year of University. She worked very hard
and I am very proud of her. So between exams and moving back home,
things have been kinda hectic around here.
But that's not even the biggest "event"....
She's about to get married !!!
Like next weekend....
~ gulp ~
Wow! Welcome back.
ReplyDeleteHappy Belated Mother's Day... and then some.
I can't say I'm surprised if she is ANYTHING like you :-). She would be an easy one to fall for.
Glad to hear all is well.
God bless,
Boonie
GULP! indeed. Mine is almost ten. She just had her check up. She is now 5' 1" @ 140lb. The doc says she'll be at least 5'10" and may get to 6'+ by the time she's 16. She is out growing clothes faster than we can buy them.... We can smell the smoke from Canada down here in Kentucky. Everything OK in your part of Canada?--Ray

Yes, everything's ok here Ray, and it seems your little Munshkin is all grown up, but I bet she'll always be Daddy's little girl :-)
That's sweet Boonie, actually, she's a lot like me, both good and bad ;-)
MissK, I forgot to ask but please extend my best wishes to the bride and my congratulations to the groom. May they have many blessed years together.
