Gently Cooling Off...


I had the oven door slightly open, so I figured I should

    Cheesecake cupcakes? Thats a new one for me but I am not big on deserts and sweets.

    I make meatloaf in a cupcake pan. It makes a good single serving and can be frozen for easy meals later on.

    These are not excessively sweet Tony, and I've been told they go great with beer ;-)
    Meatloaf cupcakes eh, interesting idea there :-)
