I think a tea plantation is more likely. There is room enough for the picker to walk between the rows and the rows are just wide enough that the center of the plants can be reached from either side.
Grape vines are trained on cables strung between posts with room for a cart between the rows so the spacing is different.

I was gonna suggest olives, so I googled it to see. Not that for sure. But my picture popped up in tea plantation. Bravo Al, you called it ;-)
