    I would put a working stop light right in the middle. Be nice to blow through a red light every once in a while.

    The person owning the island might not be able to walk, hence the car from boat to house. Even if that isn't the case, more power to the owner, especially if he/she has done it to poke a finger the eye of Algore and the global warmingmongers.
