Who Can Tell Me About This Gun?

  1. Looks like a Starr-pattern replica. Don't know if they originally made Starrs with brass frames

  2. That looks like a Colt Navy-model muzzle loading revolver. I inherited one from my grandfather.

My uncle would know all of the useful information.

  3. Reproduction 1861 Spiller & Burr CSA revolver. Probably .36 CAL. Takes a .376 soft lead round ball with a .36 wonder wad over 21 to 24 grains of FFF black powder with a # 11 cap. I suggest RWS. ---Ray
