WHERE IS THAT? I have never been climbing on a formation like that. That looks like basalt. I have climbed at Devil's Tower in Wyoming but I never saw anything like that climb. If you know where that is please let tell me. Gary Griffin
Actually I may have been a little too vague on that one, but I meant a Metaphor for life... you know, climbing the wall... and this wall in particular is very "nice".

It could be The basalt columns of Armenia . Would had been fantastic to climb there. They closed it down to climbers because its a natural monument and the rappel and belay bolts were causing erosion. Still it would be neat to just lay eyes on it. :-) This is a short video on climbing there.
