Reader Questions :)

In regards to my 100 member request... :-)

I've had a few readers email with questions on how to follow. 

Find My Members list, top left sidebar. Click where either arrows is pointing. This will help you sign up for a Blogger or Google account if you don't already have one. Some people don't wanna give out personal info, nothing wrong with that, make up some fake info ;-)  

If you already have an account, just sign in and add ~ MissK's World ~ to your follow list. 


Little side note, if you sign up using a little picture for your profile, like the ones you see in the screen caption I used, you'll be added to the front. If you don't use a picture, you'll be added towards the back of the list, but you're still there, and you can always add one later if you want. If it works my member number, which is now 92, should go up by one.

Update: If you follow "anonymously" seems I can't see you :( but that's ok...

I hope this helps. You can email with questions if you want, I'll do my best to help if I can. 

My "Wishful Thinking" deadline is tomorrow, let's say Friday night, midnight your time, where ever that is. Seems fair eh ;-) For those who want to, it would be Awesome to have you on board by then. But really it don't matter, hop over the fence when and if you feel like it :-)

Fuck this Shit, eh?

Yes, yes it does... :-(  

Before I got my own blog, I would just hate this thing, and yes, I'll admit, I neglected to comment on other blogs a few times because of it. I don't usually let it stop me, but it is a fucking nuisance to all us non-robot "normal" folk out there. 

But then I got my blog, and was convinced I would never subject my readers to such an annoying feature. So when the spam started hitting me more and more, it got really frustrating and time consuming to sort through them. I didn't want to miss or delete new commenters. Some of these spammers are deceitful. You can only see their embedded link after you post, and you have to go back over it to eliminate it properly. It's really cool to see you have 50 new comments, but then realizing only 3 are good kinda sucks. 

So in the hopes of eliminating this hassle, I unwillingly gave one to you guys :-(  Now I know some of you don't mind, and I appreciate that, but it is a fucking nuisance and I hate it. So I'm gonna take it off for now, and hope the spamming wont be too bad.  It will be worth it if it makes some of you more comfortable to comment :-)

And to all you fucking robots out there, 

I have a very annoying blog tool, 

and I'm not afraid to use it ;-)

My World ~ Time For Change :)

Unless you're brand new here, you've notice that I changed the look of My World. Since most of you said that it wasn't really hard to load, I left those components alone. Especially since I really like them. I'm referring here to my revolver map, and my double sidebar.  So I focused more on the look, feel, and practicality of it. I needed a little airing out too. The white backgrounds make it easier to read, for you guys, I think? And easier to post for me. Especially when I want to copy/past things. So I'll keep tinkering around with it, maybe change the background, or add a banner on top, maybe a collage. Not sure yet. But I would like your input. To me this feels "calmer" and I kinda need that in my life right now.... I think it fits. 

With that said, Welcome to My World.... My Serenity ;-)

Oh yeah, almost forgot. I added tabs at the top. I only have two so far, but I have more in the works. So you can visit me there as I update them. Now if you please, tell me what you think.... And thank you all for stopping by ;-)

A Little Heads Up...

Some people have told me that My World is hard to load, I suppose it depends on the computer. But I've been wanting to make some changes, so hopefully I can improve on a few things. I got a Blogroll Page in the works, which is gonna make it a lot easier to access all the blogs I'd like to link to. I'm gonna play around with the background some, maybe the header too.  I really like the blue purple theme I have now, but it would be so much faster to post certain things if the background was white. I wouldn't have to play around with the formatting so much.  

Now I'm gonna make these changes here and there, when I get the chance, or think of something.... so if you stop by and it looks a little different, or is all out of wack, no worries, you're at the right place, I'm just trying shit out... ;-)

I would like to know what you guys think, and if you're getting technical issues I might not have noticed. That would be helpful. Please share you thoughts.... if you have any... ;-)

Just getting home from work. Beautiful sunny day outside, not too hot. Which was perfect since I worked outside today.

A little update about the voting. Wirecutter and Irish are unreachable.... dah! Top 5 would be nice, but I'm not expecting it. I'm a new blogger, some of these bloggers have been around for years. How ever I place I am flattered to be involved.

There's a section in Blogger Stats that tell what keywords people use in search engines to find a blog. I was curious what people used, to find My World, so I checked it out ;-)
